that special Welcome Home ambiance and personal fashion statement and style.

Fashion Statements, Jewelry, and Accessories.
ShowcaseTM has several Options for qualified Sellers. The first option is to showcase your
artistry directly on the Welcome Home Products®
Website.
Please submit a digital picture of your craftsmanship or
artwork, a written description of the product suitable for use in presenting
your product on the website, and a brief personal biography (including
personal photograph if desired) related to your craftsmanship or artistry. If
your work meets the ambiance and quality requirements of our site store, we will
contact you regarding our conditional acceptance based on you, the Seller,
accepting the Terms and Conditions below.
As a second option, a Qualified seller may choose to provide us
their clickable banner directing the buyer to their own website, or provide a
simple advertisement for their website or store. This alternative is discussed
further under Option 2 in the Terms and Conditions section below.

OPTION 1
Services That Welcome Home Products®
Supplies Seller
Welcome Home Products®
provides the webstore product listing of your type of product, and the shelf
display ShowcaseTM space where the product picture, pricing and
general information is presented. This space provides the potential buyer of
your product an option to click the "view button" for a close up view of the
product with more descriptive detail. This detail page includes product reviews
(see the individual product examples by clicking on one of the four main product
categories on the site's Home Page). Our website totals the cost of the
potential purchase based on the Sellers set price for an item, number of items a
buyer wants, any Seller handling fees, multiple item or other discounts, and an
estimate of the shipping fees for the item(s), based on UPS shipping rates.
Welcome Home Products® then
collects the purchase funds from the buyer. This occurs in one of two ways:
- Buyer provides our website with their credit card information at
checkout, which is securely encrypted. We receive funds from the buyer
through our Merchant Services provider, which charges us a fee for the
service. We then transmit the necessary buyer information for shipping to
the Seller. The Seller is responsible for any difference between the
estimated shipping charges and the actual shipping charges. This is the
quickest path, but slightly more expensive to the Seller for small orders.
- As an alternative method of payment, the Buyer sends a personal or business check to
Welcome Home Products®. We
then deposit the check into our transaction bank account until the buyer's
funds transfer. For large purchases (> $5,000) an independent, professional
third party managed escrow account can be established.
The Seller supplies Welcome Home Products®
their receipt address for our submittal of the funds to the Seller. Our Fund
transmittal to the seller includes a complete itemization of the funds
received from the buyer and any associated transaction costs deducted.
Transaction cost deductions may include:
- Current quarterly (3 Month) ShowcaseTM
fee, if due. The current quarterly Showcase fee is $9.95 per item for up
to three items.
- Any overdue ShowcaseTM
fee(s).
- Merchant Service credit card transaction fee (currently $29.00 per
$1000.00 ordered. The fee is prorated. A $100.00 order would have a
$2.90 fee)
- Bank check processing fee, if any (currently none). If this fee ever
changes, you will be notified in writing before it applies.
- 5% commission on buyer's order dollar amount, excluding the dollar
amount of any applicable state sales tax.
- Seller's equitable portion of Buyer-Seller Escrow fee, as applicable
to a large dollar order, portion determined and communicated to both the
Buyer and Seller prior to the transaction, and mutually agreed upon by
buyer, seller, Welcome Home Products®,
and the escrow company)
- Seller is responsible for handling, packaging, shipping and the
associated costs.

OPTION 2
Banners and Advertising
The Welcome Home Products®
website is a popularly browsed site for home, office and garden furnishings and
personal fashions and accessories. The site logs thousands of inquirers each
month. We feel that your well designed, compatible banners on our site linked to your
compatible website, and/or your compatible advertising on our site that direct
customers to your website can be mutually beneficial and result in very
satisfied customers for both companies.
Welcome Home Products® can
position your banners and advertising for your personal signature artistry and
craftsmanship in the most advantageous
site location to take advantage of our site's high visitor volume, and direct
many of our important visitors to your website store.
We charge a flat fee over a specified time period rather than "charge per click"
as some sites do. We feel this gives our artists and craftspeople a set budget
amount for business planning rather than having another "unknown" in their
budget. Clickable banners and advertising cost is based on the website location
per the following:
Front Home Page: $36.00 per banner or advertisement per quarter (3
Months)
Main
Products Listing Page: $24.00 per banner or advertisement per quarter
Individual
Product category page: $18.00 per banner or advertisement per quarter
Individual Product Page: $12.00 per banner or advertisement per quarter

We will inform you by email whether your site and products are selected. Upon
your confirmation and approval of location, we will insert your advertisement on our website.
Once viewable from the web, we will invoice you for the first quarter fee(s),
payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
